RESERVATION TERMS

GENERAL INFORMATION

Mrežnica Harmony is a privately owned vacation house that provides accommodation services in accordance with regulations for private renters, based on the information published on the website www.mreznica-harmony.com .

Only registered guests may stay in the house, with a maximum of 4 people.

One pet (dog) may stay free of charge, but must be announced when inquiring about the reservation. The pet owner should bring all necessary items for their pet’s stay: bed, mats, bowls, etc.

The possibility of accommodating more than one pet requires special approval from the owner. An additional fee may be requested for a second pet.

All arrangements and terms of reservation and payment are conducted via email correspondence.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

Reservation inquiries are received via the website Contact or directly from the homepage, where you can immediately check the availability of accommodation for the desired date.

You will receive a response within 24 hours regarding the possibility of the reservation for the desired date, a payment offer, and payment instructions.

To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid within 48 hours after receiving the offer. You will receive confirmation of your reservation once your payment is visible in our bank account. Considering weekends and holidays when bank transfers are not possible, a confirmation from the payer’s bank of the initiated transfer is also acceptable for reservation confirmation.

The remaining amount must be paid one week before the arrival date. Exceptionally, payment of the remaining balance in cash may be allowed before entering the property and receiving the keys.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before your arrival, we will refund the full deposit amount to your bank account. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days prior to the agreed arrival, we will retain the deposited advance.

Payment method: internet banking or, in exceptional cases specifically agreed upon, cash.

Check in: 16:00 – 20:00; planned arrival time must be announced at least 2 days in advance. Depending on circumstances, it may be flexible.

Check out: 8:00 – 11:00; planned departure time should be confirmed the day before departure.
